Cinch for indoor golf simulators

Golf Simulator Lounge SoftwareAn unstaffed lounge that runs itself.

Members book a simulator bay against their membership and get a door code that's good only for their window — and rotates every visit. Bay-by-the-hour pricing, leagues, guest passes, and an AI concierge. Built for the TrackMan / Full Swing lounge boom — a modern replacement for Playbook and CourtReserve.

  • Self-expiring door codes — run 24/7 with no front desk
  • Members book by the hour, gated to their plan
  • $0/mo + just 0.5%* per booking — keep the membership revenue

Book a bay. Get a code.
All in chat.

Click a prompt. The concierge books against the member's plan, then hands back a door code that only works during their window — the exact flow your members get in the app.

What we hear

The complaints we keep getting.
And what we do about them.

"We're open 24/7 but I'm texting door codes to members by hand every night. One leaked code and anyone can walk in."
Every booking issues a unique door PIN that's live only during that member's window and dies when it ends. No shared key, no nightly texting, no propped door. Same rotating-credential tech as our signed QR check-in.
"Our booking tool charges per person. We rent the BAY — a foursome and a single pay the same for the hour."
Cinch prices per-bay-hour, not per-head. Party size (up to 6) is informational. The member rents the bay; you set member vs. public hourly rates per bay.
"Members pay $249/mo but the booking system has no idea who's a member. Everyone sees the same checkout."
Booking is gated to the plan: included hours, member rates, priority windows, and guest passes all enforced automatically. Non-members see the public rate; members see $0 or their discount.
"Playbook + a separate door-lock app + a spreadsheet for leagues. Three tools that don't talk."
Bays, memberships, door codes, leagues, guest passes, and payments are one system. The booking IS the access grant — there's nothing to sync.
"Prime-time bays sit empty when a member no-shows, and weeknight middays are dead."
Evening + weekend prime pricing plus automatic last-minute discounts on dead midday inventory. No-show holds enforced on the card. The same yield playbook hotels run.
"League night is a group text and a paper bracket. Nobody knows which bay they're on."
League management built in — rosters, weekly bay assignments, standings, and a push to every player with their bay + door code an hour before tee-off.
How it works

The booking is the key.
Literally.

Most lounges bolt a smart-lock app onto a booking tool and hope they stay in sync. In Cinch they're the same record — so access can never drift from the reservation.

1 · Member books

Picks a bay + time in the app. Cinch checks their plan — included hours, member rate, advance window — and confirms.

2 · Code is issued

A unique door PIN is generated for that exact window and texted with the confirmation. It activates minutes before, expires after.

3 · They let themselves in

Code opens the front door and their bay during the window only — then rotates for the next visit. No staff, no shared key.

Built in, not bolted on

Features your operators care about.

The things we shipped specifically because indoor golf simulators told us they were missing.

Self-expiring door codes

Every reservation generates a unique entry PIN that goes live a few minutes before the booking and expires when it ends. Members never share a permanent code, and a new one is issued for the next visit. This is what lets a simulator lounge run unstaffed, around the clock.

Membership-gated booking

Bay booking knows the member's plan. Social, Unlimited, Corporate — each carries its own included hours, member rate, advance-booking window, and guest passes. Cinch enforces all of it at checkout so members get exactly what they pay for, automatically.

Per-bay, by-the-hour booking

You rent the bay, not the seat. Members pick a bay, a start time, and a 1–3 hour block; party size (up to 6) is informational. Member vs. public hourly rates are set per bay — TrackMan bay, putting lab, lounge sim can all price differently.

Prime-time + last-minute pricing

Evenings and weekends are prime — mark them up automatically. Dead Tuesday-afternoon bays auto-discount as they age (10% within 24h, 25% within 12, 40% within 4) so you stop giving away empty inventory. Members see the live price as they book.

Guest passes + parties

Bring the crew. Membership tiers include monthly guest passes; the AI attaches one to a booking and texts the guest their own door code and start time — even if they arrive separately. Overflow guests bill at your public rate.

Leagues + events

Run weekly leagues, corporate outings, and birthday parties without a spreadsheet. Rosters, bay assignments, standings, and an automatic push with each player's bay + door code before they arrive.

AI concierge that books + lets you in

Not an FAQ bot — a tool-using assistant that books a bay against your plan, pulls tonight's door code, checks your remaining hours, and adds guests, all in chat. The same concierge across every Cinch vertical.

Memberships + walk-ins on one Stripe

Recurring membership dues and one-off walk-in bay rentals flow through one Stripe Connect account straight to your bank. We take 0.5% per booking — or go $199/mo flat with zero transaction fees. Either way you keep your membership revenue.

Your brand, your lounge

Members log in to a portal under your lounge's name and colors — book bays, manage their plan, see sessions and door codes. They never see the word Cinch. White-label down to the member app icon on their phone.

Unit economics

Why we’re a tenth of the price
of the incumbents.

Cinch’s monthly base is the floor. We make most of our money on a small percentage of bookings — which means we’re only winning when you’re winning.

How Cinch makes money
Just 0.5% on each booking. Or $199/mo flat.

Pay-as-you-go is $0/mo + 0.5% per transaction. All-Inclusive is $199/mo flat with zero transaction fees. Recurring membership dues and walk-in bay rentals both route straight to your bank — we never touch your operating cash.

Walk-in — 1 hour, public rate
Off-peak Tuesday
Member pays $45.00You receive $44.78Cinch fee $0.22
Unlimited membership — monthly dues
$249/mo recurring
Member pays $249.00You receive $247.76Cinch fee $1.24
Corporate league night — 4 bays, 3 hours
$55/hr public prime
Member pays $660.00You receive $656.70Cinch fee $3.30
At any realistic lounge volume, Pay-as-you-go beats per-booking-cut tools like Playbook. High-volume lounges switch to the $199 flat track. Either way you keep the membership revenue that makes a lounge work.
Side-by-side

A lock app plus a booking tool plus a spreadsheet — or just Cinch.

Apples-to-apples on starting price + what you actually get for it.

VendorStarts atWhat you hear
Cinch$0/mo + 0.5%AI concierge, family memberships, modern app — pay-as-you-go or $199/mo flat. Either way, way under the incumbents.
Playbook (yourgolfbooking)% of revenue + feesPurpose-built for golf lounges, but booking and door access are separate concerns, no real AI, and you hand over a cut of bookings on top of payment fees.
CourtReserve$150–400+/moStrong court engine adapted to bays, but per-head reservation DNA, clunky membership gating, and no native rotating door codes.
Skedda$99–300+/moGeneric space-booking. No memberships, no golf concepts, no access control — you'll bolt on a separate lock app and a separate billing tool.
Square Appointments$0–69/mo + 2.6%+Fine for a salon, wrong shape for a bay-by-the-hour lounge. No member tiers, no door codes, higher card fees.
Mindbody$139–699/moHeavy, expensive, class-centric. Massive overkill for a few bays, and members hate the app.
