Cinch for country clubs

Country Club Management SoftwareThe whole club, on one member file.

Golf, racquet, aquatics, fitness, dining, dues — most clubs run six systems that don't talk. Cinch is the membership and payments engine; the club hub on top gives you a tee sheet, courts and programs, F&B on the member file, unmanned access windows, and one number members can text.

  • One member record across every amenity — and one bill
  • A number members text: move a tee time, hold a court, order at the turn
  • Member-journey reporting: visits, spend by department, cart vs walk

What we hear

The complaints we keep getting.
And what we do about them.

"Our members book golf in one app, courts on a portal, and dinner by phone. Three logins, three ledgers, zero patience."
One member file. Tee sheet, court grid, clinics, dining and guest fees all post to the same ledger — and show up in one app under your club's brand.
"Nobody answers the club phone Sunday night, so Monday opens with voicemail triage."
The club gets one number members text. Move a tee time, fill a court from the waitlist, order at the turn — answered in seconds, charged to the member file, logged for staff.
"I can't tell the board how often our members actually use the club — the data lives in five vendors."
Frequency bands, spend by department, cart vs walk, range sessions, attrition flags. Because everything shares one ledger, the member journey is a screen, not a quarter-end spreadsheet project.
"Dues collection means chasing failed cards by phone from the office."
Autopay with automatic failed-card recovery — the member gets a secure update link by text before the office opens. Statements send themselves.
"The course sits empty from 5:30 to 7:00 because we can't staff it."
Unmanned windows: booking issues a gate or cart-barn code that only works for that window, the round is charged to the file, and the log shows who was on property. Same for range bays, sim bays and courts at night.
"Our club software vendor quotes a year of implementation and a five-figure BI add-on."
Clubs are configurations, not custom builds. Phase one is typically walkable within days of the first working session — and the reporting layer is included.
Built in, not bolted on

Features your operators care about.

The things we shipped specifically because country clubs told us they were missing.

One hub for the whole property

Tee sheet, court grid, programs, F&B, access and membership on one screen for staff — with today's revenue, utilization and open requests. The demo above is clickable end to end.

The request line

One number members text. "Can I move my Sat 9:40?" "Any court at 5?" "Hot dog at the turn?" Answered in seconds around the clock, charged to the member file, visible to staff.

Tee sheet + court grid, one inventory

App, text and pro-shop bookings hit the same sheet. Changes release inventory back to sale instantly. Clinics, leagues, ladders and lesson books live on the same grid as reservations.

F&B on the member file

Turn window, grill and pool deck post to the membership — the card on file is the payment, so texting "yes" completes the order. Pool chairs carry QR menus with the member already identified.

Unmanned access windows

Time-boxed codes issued at booking for gates, cart barns, range bays, sim bays, fitness and courts. Revenue in hours the club used to be closed, with every entry logged against a member.

Dues, billing and payments — Cinch

Tiers, autopay, statements, guest fees, waivers and failed-card recovery on Stripe's marketplace rails. Money flows to the club's account; members never stand in line to pay.

Member-journey reporting

"Came 17 times in July — $482 F&B, $358 golf, walked 9, cart 8, range 6." Frequency bands, department revenue, asset utilization and attrition flags, computed from the one ledger everything already posts to.

Programs, clinics and pros

Enrollment, capacity, waitlists and revenue per program. A cancellation texts the waitlist and refills itself. Lesson books show how full each pro actually is.

Events and member-guests

Tournaments, brackets, shotgun starts, member-guest dinners — booked, charged and reported like everything else. No spreadsheet season.

White-label, per club

Each club runs under its own brand with its own modules on or off. Portfolio operators get a roll-up view across properties — same-day, not quarter-end.

Unit economics

Why we’re a tenth of the price
of the incumbents.

Cinch’s monthly base is the floor. We make most of our money on a small percentage of bookings — which means we’re only winning when you’re winning.

How Cinch makes money
Priced like a partner, not a vendor.

Two ways in. A small platform share on transactions the system originates (the way a booking fee works — members haven't balked), or a flat monthly that lands around a third of what the club's current stack adds up to. Either way the reporting layer is included, and terms go in writing before anything is billed.

Money flows directly to the club's Stripe account — we never touch operating cash. Exact structure is sized to the club, in writing, before go-live.

Club software is sold in modules. Clubs don't run in modules.

Jonas Club Software$1,500–5,000/moThe private-club incumbent. Powerful but feels like enterprise software from 2008, famously hard to admin, and the member-facing app is an afterthought.
