What does Cinch actually cost?+

No setup fees, no per-module upsells, no annual contract, free migration. Public/muni golf courses have an alternate $0/mo track where the golfer pays a $1.50 booking fee instead. Enterprise (multi-location, country clubs) is custom. That's it.

How are you so much cheaper than Mindbody / ClubReady / Rock Gym Pro?+
Three reasons. We're built on modern infrastructure that's a fraction the operational cost of legacy software. We're a small team without an enterprise sales org to feed. And our pricing is honest: $249/mo flat, everything in. No long contracts, no surprise add-on modules, no 'platform fee' buried in fine print, no payment-processing markup.
Can we keep our current member data?+
Yes. White-glove migration is included on every plan. Send us a CSV export from your current vendor — we import members, memberships, schedule, instructor profiles, and billing history. Most migrations take 1–3 days.
Do you handle payments?+
Yes — via Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect) and green-fee / membership / POS payouts go directly to your bank. Cinch takes zero on transactions on the $249/mo flat plan. You pay Stripe's standard rates (2.9% + 30¢).
Do members get a real app?+
Yes. Cinch installs as a native-feeling app on iPhone and Android via Progressive Web App (PWA) — members tap Share → Add to Home Screen and your gym's icon lands on their phone. No App Store review delays. Native iOS and Android apps via Capacitor are on the roadmap for Q4.
Is there a free trial?+
60 days, free, no credit card required. Migrate your data, run real bookings, see if it fits. If you cancel before day 60 we'll send back any data you've created.
Who is behind Cinch?+
Cinch is built by GullStack, an agency that's been building member-software platforms for clients across fitness, wellness, and community organizations. Treehouse Athletic Club is our pilot tenant and reference customer.
What about data security?+
Member data lives in a managed Postgres database with at-rest encryption. Stripe handles all card data — we never see card numbers. We're SOC 2 Type 1 compliant by Q3 2026, Type 2 by 2027.
