Full-service athletic club with a pool, rock wall, courts, spa, and Kids’ Club. The kind of operator Mindbody and ClubAutomation both undercharge for and underserve.
- Family memberships.The head of household invites a spouse and adds kids by DOB. Each member gets their own rotating QR. Mindbody can’t model this.

Why we’re a tenth of the price
of the incumbents.
Cinch’s monthly base is the floor. We make most of our money on a small percentage of bookings — which means we’re only winning when you’re winning.
Pay-as-you-go is $0/mo + 0.5% per transaction. All-Inclusive is $199/mo flat with zero transaction fees. Mindbody charges you $279/mo whether your members show up or not — and adds marketplace fees, payment-processing markups, and per-module upsells on top.
